I live in the area, and ever since I moved here about 10 years ago, I have eaten here every 2 years or so. It never changes - the service is always horrendous. The visit that really stands out is the last one, in 2010 - after waiting forever for the waiter to take my order, another server eventually delivered my food and took off. I realized I hadn't been brought any utensils - and since I was on the patio, it was 10 minutes (!) before I finally got someone's attention to get a fork. So of course the food was cold by then. It was another 20 minutes before I could get my waiter's attention to get my check. And yes, I did keep track on my watch, because I expected the service to be slow! I decided then that they weren't getting any more chances from me.
