Jim and Sunshine Maintenance serviced the building I was living in for 7 years while I was there. Under his watch the building was clean and safe. Since he's left, the building has really fallen apart.. so much so that there have been lots of complaints from me and other tenants.
I'd absolutely recommend Sunshine Maintenance. They'll do their best to get it done right the first time.. while trying to be cost effective and provide long term solutions to maintenance requirements and the unexpected issues.
