When I contacted Samsung and requested the name of a company to repair my microwave, they gave me the name of Diversified Residential Services. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. After scheduling a Saturday appt., I waited all day for a service person to show. No one showed up, no one called. Complete waste of a weekend day. When I e-mailed the contact person and explained the problem, I was told that scheduling was not his problem and that I should contact the office.I thought that was what I was doing. He made no offer to help. This experience has made me question future purchases of Samsung products.
