Movers arrived over 5 hours late. My car and household goods took 19 and 23 days, respectively to arrive at my new home--much later than promised. Numerous items in my shipment arrived broken or damaged and I am still sorting through the claims process. Poor customer service and follow through. I would recommend that anyone considering Swartz Moving & Storage consider alternate options. This way, by far, the worst moving experience of my life.\r
