This place is an amazing find! The chef/owner is a former chef from a high end Japanese restaurant downtown Charlotte. They offer similar food at a fraction of the cost. The sushi is out of this world. It feels like more of a take out restaurant, but we occasionally eat in the shop. It's totally worth the drive!
