First time I ever went, the pizza was great! however, it's not consistent, AT ALL! I've given the place a few chances to redeem themselves and can say I WILL NOT ever try anything else but PIZZA. I ordered a Veggie Calzone to be delivered to my place of employement. Firstly, was placed on hold 2 times, the last time was not told to hold but just heard the conversations of the kitchen for a while, figured myself that I was on hold. Still I placed my order for a Veggie Calzone per their menu includes broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, onions and roasted peppers. I advised them to please hold the peppers and was told they didn't have any anyways. Great, I waited anxiously for an hour until itt arrived...only to find none cooked crispy green peppers, onions, diced tomatos and about 10 mushrooms in the whole calzone. I called them upon realizing this and was told the Manager, whom actually was the one who took my order was not available and that she would contact me. I simply requested they forward the message that i would like my credit card refunded as i clearly didn't get what i ordered. I was told maybe the Manager misunderstood me because they were busy at the time. No busy enough for her to advise me there were no peppers and still create an order with uncooked peppers. Come to find they also charged me for a Large calzone when i requeted a medium. All around bad experience and i am still waiting for my refund!
