The worker had chemical burns, and the over-priced products I was talked into buying have warning labels about possible chemical reactions. I cannot use the products without feeling like my hair is dirty and I am poisoning myself. The whole experience cost me a whopping $400. The stylist/colorist/manager was so busy bossing everyone around, that it was definitely awkward. Wish I had read the reviews, and have since found a nice place that uses a more natural product line. I'm sorry if this review is a bit scattered, but I'm still trying to process the experience. Just steer clear; sure wish I had.
