This is not the place for your child, unless, you want them to be bored 12-14 hours a day, experience violence up close and personal on a daily basis, live without air conditioning in 3 digit heat, eat less than nourshing meals with flies and nats on a regular basis, have their personal property stolen with no recourse, their emotional, and even physical needs ignored just for starters. What may have been true in 2002 is certainly not the case now. It seems that the only thing that matters is the government funds received for the head count.
