They ruined my beautiful Italian bespoke Erte sandals! The person at the counter nodded and said she understood. But instead of putting a new bottom layer on the HANDMADE STACKED LEATHER heels, the heels were completely removed, discarded and replaced with a blob of solid rubber. For which they charged $20. My hardly worn, top of the line designer shoes now look like I bought them at Payless. I wouldn't even trust Deno's to fix this mess. How dare they throw out part of my shoes? Sloppy and stupid is how. Beware!
