Horrible experience in July. Power went out. We ended up being displaced and had to find our own hotel because they had no power, toilets, showers, phone, computer, etc. They didn't assist customers in this process (everyone had to leave). They wouldn't use their shuttle to help people get other places---we had to do this on our own not knowing the area. We didn't get receipt until 1 week later. They were supposed to credit our CC and over 1 month later they have not. The management doesn't return your calls and you get lip service. They had no emergency back up plan. They had no generator. The management bailed ship around 1pm that day (power went out at 2am) and it was horrible. more
