From what I have read, you have no idea how to work in a customer service related business. You should be ashamed of yourself, how dare you treat a customer in this manner, regardless of how you feel personally, your customer is in need of some assistance, I believe him, you are trying to steal money from these people, and you turn around and reply with a GHETTO attitude and flip remark.
