During the last week before closing on the sale of the house in the worst heat and humidity wave in many years, we noticed a wet damaged area on the ceiling which we felt was likely a plumbing problem. We called Roto-Rooter and a technician was dispatched that day so we could get a resolution before closing. The technician - Kevin arrived and was able to determine the problem was not the plumbing but did discover a previously unknown problem which he was able to quickly correct.
