We had a possible root problem and scheduled an appointment on line. Within an hour or so the office contacted us to let us know a repair man would be here in the next 30 minutes.\r

If you have a plumbing need ask for Steve from the Montana Ave. office. Steve was very pleasant to deal with and very informative. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He stated the cost up front and even provided some free analysis of our situation. He explained everything he was doing and seemed to genuinely care about our situation. I did not feel like his analysis was for the purpose of drumming up future business but was just good information for us to know for future reference.\r

We hope to not have to deal with this again anytime soon but will definitely use Roto-Rooter again should the need arise.
