I have had occasion to use Roto-Rooter twice in the past two months (for different problems). Both times they were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. I received excellent customer service from both the dispatchers and the representatives that responded to my residence. The prices are a little high, but when you need immediate peace of mind it's worth it. I will continue to utilize them in the future for my plumbing needs.
