My overall experience at Brimstone was positive, but the food quality just is not there considering the prices. Steaks are $36-$45, rivaling that of a fine steakhouse like the Palm or Morton's, but are not nearly the same quality. Brimstone sells graded cuts of meat sold at a Prime prices. Big rip-off.
