The first time I called to get a quote I was given information that was reasonable and clear, ie. the cost of tires and that they would offer the best price. Yesterday, after researching the tire I wanted, I called and an older fella said,""just tell me the price and I will beat it"". So I called Discount Tires on Green St in Pasadena and got a quote of 72.00 for Kumho Tires. While driving to the discount tire shop down Lake Street I stopped by Afj Discount Tire and muffler. If I had only read some of the reviews I wouldn't be writing one now. Anyhow, I my son and I waited in the office and an older fella finally walked in. I told him what Discount quoted me and he called me a liar after he called and found the price was six dollars more. Obviously the old fella knows nothing about customer relations or even how to communicate, I can't imagine how long he will stay in business if he continues talking to people that way!!
