The complete incompetence and rudeness is unbelievable! Missed diagnosed my daughter's prescription by a HUGE amount sending her home with the wrong glasses. After several weeks a recheck at my urging her prescription was changed. Basically delayed her seeing for almost a month. Was told to come back for contact fitting in 3 mo if I wanted it covered in the package. I did so in 3 weeks. Now they are trying to charge me almost $50 and withholding her prescription. While trying to clear up this matter have been screamed at, lied to and treated horribly (expecially by the main doctor ""Dr. Doctor"") Save yourself the pain and NEVER go here, Would not have gone back however I only get 1 examine covered a year. Completely unprofessional! Hated to give it even 1 star!
