I was a patient of Dr. Al-Shalchi for a little while. During this time, this is one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a Dr. He was very short with me and did not answer all of my questions. He also seemed to grow angry with me when I would ask him questions. When I would begin to ask him questions, he would whip out his prescription pad and write me prescriptions for narcotics as if I am a junkie of some sort and I found this to be very offensive. Another thing he did was prescribe me a medication (which I am allergic to). I had reminded him that I was allergic to it and he said I would be fine. I actually ended up in the E.R the last time I took that stuff! I would not recommend this Dr. to any of my friends!
