I was greatly dismayed to find back up in my basement. I was pleased that my call to Roto-rooter was promptly answered and they had a tech out within a half hour. Kevin was friendly, informative and really went the extra mile. I did not feel pressured to buy services I could not afford nor may not need. He really went out of his way to explain the process and keep me informed. He was also very cautious with my flooring and to keep the mess to a minimum.
