I went to Eva for my Bankruptcy. She never did meet with me, but one of her employees did and I signed the contract for only $125.00. I was filing on close to 100k, so yes it did take me longer than a average person to get all creditors/collection agencies together. Alot of them were not reporting, so I had to do research, which is very time consuming. When you sign the contract you have a deadline and if you go over that deadline she WILL charge you more money for nothing she has done to help you and NOT doing ANY paperwork for you, at all. You have to have a appointment just to ask any questions on the paperwork she gave to you to fill out. She will charge you if you miss a appointment. She does present herself, professional, but dont let her fool YOU. She will over charge you, she DID it to me. She did take advantage of me with her collecting my money and no services was NEVER completed. I finally seen what she was doing and I ended up going through another Parallegal. Stay away!! WE REALLY NEED TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST HER FOR THE PEOPLE SHE OVER CHARGED, BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF.
