Management of Eagle Crest and their property owners, Gables Residential have been aware of BED BUG INFESTATIONS for some time and will not disclose this information to tenants nor potential renters. (And potential renewers beware, they'll try and get you with the new Bed Bug addendum) My mother, who is a senior citizen, is now being evacuated from her apartment due to this problem. Two of her neighboring apts were infested and Eagel Crest/Gables Residential did not notify her and now refuse to help her in any way and it was their failure to notify her of the infestation in her building that caused this nightmare.
