Truly deserves ZERO stars, but it won't allow me to do so!\r \r TERRIBLE customer service!\r \r After filling the pool, it became obvious that it is not level (not just a little bit... we're talking almost 2 inches). No one at Pool City seems willing to speak to me about this, despite numerous messages that I've left. According to the installation agreement, if I use the pool I'm agreeing that the installation is complete and satisfactory... so I've got a pool in my yard that no one can swim in. I've filed a formal customer complaint... with no response from the installer or Pool City's customer service department. The installer won't return my calls. The receptionist for the installer is downright rude. The customer service rep's attitude is basically ""We're really busy right now and we'll call you when we can."" NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has been apologetic. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has offered to correct this issue. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON has demonstrated anything even remotely resembling good customer service. I'm not even asking for immediate resolution... I just want someone to acknowledge that there is a problem and to outline a plan for resolution. I'm even willing to use the pool all summer and have them correct it in the fall if they would be willing to put it in writing. BUT NO ONE WILL EVEN TALK TO ME. \r \r more
