In the last 2 weeks I have visited this Business I am very disappointed in the customer service this business has sunken to.I was a very Frequent visitor to this Landscaping business last summer everyone was very helpful and friendly. Well I ask what happen my last 2 visits have been anything but. I walked thru looking for help on Friday could not get anyone to help, the week before I finally had a sales girl who said she would be right with me but had something to do she never came back so after waiting 15 minutes I left went to another nursery and spent $200. I am not sure what is so different from last year but they need to fix their customer service. I will never go back, too bad I really like the plants but Cornell Farms in not to far away and give awesome service.Think before going to 7 dee;s!
