My AC unit went out and everything points to being the capacitor. Called Granbury Ac to see aabout an approx estimate and if could repair today. Was told they do not give estimates until they make the service call to repair the unit. When asked for just a ballpark idea was told maybe between $200 to $300. But again they don't give any estimates. I then asked if a service tech could call me. Within a few minutes a service tech called and said if I was calling 14 other people for estimates then I didn't need them to service my AC unit. I never called 14 other companies, and consider this tech to be very rude and Granbury AC not deserving of my business. I then called another AC repair company and they were more than eager to give me an approx estimate and even though booked up for the day, did have an appointment near by and said that seeing how they would be close anyway would be glad to come by and repair my AC today. So I give Granbury AC a big thumbs down with the only positive thing about them being a tech did call me back quickly. But no reason to be rude.
