They showed up with 5 instead of 6 men. They grumbled all day. We hired packers the day before and they did not complete what they needed to. They charged us 1.25 hours for their return for a 35 minute drive.
They broke furniture and numerous fragile items, in boxes marked FRAGILE - many of which were on the bottom of a stack of 4 boxes with books on top!
I cannot recommend this moving company at all. We used them 2 years earlier and they did a fine job - but after this fiasco - NEVER AGAIN!
