I visited Astor & Black after obtaining a Gilt item -- was excited and looking fwd to it. The service at the time was reasonable at best --- Having been to Michael Andrews down on great jones -- the set up pales in comparison. That said, I was still hopeful...until now... its been over 10 weeks since my order ---which I was assured would be available in 4-6 weeks!!! The best part is I have never heard back from or spoken w my sales individual. I actually would have been somewhat understanding were there some communication -- but this is absurd. I then went on and spoke w some people at the HQ office in Ohio -- this individual has been helpful -- but unfortunately a bit late in the game....lets c how the suit and shirt go....I'm not hopeful.
