My cars starter went out, I called them a day prior for a 8:30/9am appointment. Eddie, the owner, nad another man didnt show up until 10am. I was a bit aggravated but kept the appointment because I really needed my started replaced and he seemed so nice (total con artist), So it took them from 1030 until 630, when I returned home from work to replace a starter!! and on top of that they replaced it- BACKWARDS causing the wires to press up against the manifold and burn! When I told Eddie, the owner, he said the car was poorly wired, (I've never had any problem with wiring before they touched my car) and offered me half my money back???!!! I requested the whole amount for the service charge- he wanted to ""go half and half"" giving me ""half today and the rest in a few weeks"". I said okay to that, because he did seem like a nice person and I know it's hard out here but then he stopped answering my calls. It was a $165 dollar refund I was requesting. Mars 2 Cars is a great idea but I wish actual mechanics would have started it. Now I have to take further easures to get my money back. He would have come off at a lesser expense if he gave me my money back when I asked. Now I am legally able to sew them for the repairs they caused plus the refund. Such is life, karma is a mother. Total rip off & terrible Service. DO NOT CALL MARS 2 CARS!!
