Horrible customer service. Had to change to another agaent and in the process Vivian office contacted the Underwritter had my policy cancelled because she felt I'm not allow to changed agents. She assumed that her wit was going to cause me to go to another company. Thanks to Mike Foley's office and Due diligence of people from State Farm my problem was easily fixed. Please I advise to stay away from Vivian Braaksma Agency!!!
