i have been going to this place for the past 5 years, but hadn't been in almost a year. i went the other night with 3 other people and had my first bad experience there. i had an issue with the fact that we were being charge for sides that none of us had actually ordered with a grand total of $2.50 all told. i asked to speak with the manager who said they are here, so someone must have ordered them. i told him if that's how he saw it i wouldn't be returning any time. his reply was "that would be better for both of us". i then asked the server, who was very nice, where the owner was-and she told me i had just spoken with one of them. apparently c and j sold the place about 5 months ago. needless to say with such a rude and unaccommodating owner neither i, nor any one who was with me will ever go there again. i have also complained to restaurants.com and they have credited the other 3 gift certificates i had from there. if you want to be treated fairly and respectfully you should not go here. seems like a stupid business decision to lose a table full of customers over $2.50 in a hospitality industry and bad economy. i'm just saying.
