I went for an oil change and they tried to sell me service I did not need for almost $300, which I refuse. On my way home from the engine light came on. I return back to Green Ford and asked them to check why the engine light came on after service at Green Ford. They told me that it must be a coincident that the light came on and it would cost me $100 for them to check why the engine light came on AFTER SERVICE FROM GREEN FORD !!! This is something Autozone and Advance Autoparts do for FREE.
I asked if it was possible that during service that the technician accidentally bumped into one of the sensors and if they could just check. They said that was impossible without me paying for it and this is not service I expect from professionals.
It turned out that these idiots can not read an oil stick and they had put too much oil on it (can damage the engine) and everything was fine after I drained some of the excess oil.
I am filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.... this place is trying to scam people.
Run away as fast as you can.
