I have been without AC for almost two days. uncomfortable and concerned, my phone call to Ace Air on Monday June 20, a representative scheduled an appoinment for a service for my A/C. The technician arrived within an hour and provided me professional and accurate assessment of the A/C situation. John greeted me with the utmost respect and professional courteousness. He was extremely knowledgeable with the accuracy to alleviate the discomfort. He took pride in his work while equally providing me with an outstanding customer experience.
