Moving in to this apartment was the worst mistake of my life !!!!
Here are the points to remember if you do decide to move-in.
1. Walls are paper thin - You can hear everything in your neighbour's apartment. No Privacy at all.
2. Filled with all kind of BUGS !!!
3. Deposit Money thieves - Say goodbye to your deposit money as you are not going to get any. I left my apartment in a very good condition, still they charged the entire money for cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting...repair some blah blah. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY BACK. AGAIN. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY BACK.
I HOPE YOU LISTEN TO ME AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT.
This property is managed by ACCO management company. do not move-in to any apartments managed by this company. They have the worst policy about not returning any deposit money. They make up the charges with work orders and bills just to justify why they are cutting your deposit money. I feel helpless to get my money back from them. :(
