I signed up for the 18.88/month package, that was suppose to be a year long. \r \r In this year, after tanning I noticed how lazy and rude most of the staff was. I was interested in purchasing lotion and after looking at it for 15 minutes while 2 employees at the front desk were sitting on there butts not helping anyone just talkin n laughing with eachothe. Ready to give up, a different employee walks up who was cleaning beds and sending customers in, helped me pick out a lotion, thanks to her, the only one who was the least bit helpful!\r \r Anyways, the money was coming directly out of my account each month. After a year, I checked my account summary to make sure i wasnt being charged still. And i wasnt. \r \r About 2 weeks ago I went in to tan again, and when they looked up my name they said I owed almost $70! I asked why and they said i didnt pay and a cancelation fee. I didnt realize you had to cancel it after a year was up, or theyd keep charging you, but either way I NEVER cancelled it! when explaining this to the employee she said, it was in your contract! you want my corporates number? She also asked if i wanted the salon number to speak to the manager the next day, i said no, so then she gave me ""corporates number"" come to find out she simply gave me her managers cell phone number. If i was in the wrong, why not just give me corporates number? Not to mention had i not gone in to go tanning again I would have never known i owed ANYTHING! This staff is just ridiculous and never helpful. Now im going to a different tanning salon, and i realize how customers SHOULD be treated!\r \r and the only reason im giving one star is because i have to give at least one! otherwise itd be 0stars!!! more
