We are currently renting from them and we have had problems from the first day we’ve moved in to the home. We rented the house with the assumption and agreement things would be fixed because at the time when we saw the house, the floors were being refurbished. We asked for some things to be fixed and they told me they would have it done (I figured since they are fixing floors theym would fix the other stuff).
When we first moved in, we did not except the house and tried to get out of the lease but they did not let us out of the lease. They fixed some of the problems, but only to discover there we even more problems. Which they are planning on fixing. They keep giving us one excuse after another on why there are so many problems. We feel like we found a slum lord in a house that is in good neighborhood. We are paying good money for problems.
As a military family we move a lot so it’s not like this is our first rental. It is the first time for us have an agency not do what they said they were going to do before we moved in to the house.
