Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered headshot prints which were delivered to me with an extremely noticeable blue tint - the background was blue, even part of my hair was blue! Not even close to the actual photo tones. I chose Precision because I *thought* they must be good since headshots are part of their specialty. Wrong.
I spoke with the owner Michael and expressed how unsatisfied I was with the blue prints that I could certainly not send to any casting director. I mentioned I had the same photo printed by someone else (should have just stuck with them) and it came out beautifully, so I knew the blue tint was not an error in my file, it was Precision's crappy printers. Michael asked me to send one of his blue prints and the nice photo I had printed elsewhere to him, so he could see exactly what I was looking for - Isn't this your profession? You should know I'm looking for a quality print! He offered to send me a new proof and if I liked it, a reprint of my order for $25. No customer should EVER have to pay for a company's mistake. I would also like to note that Michael cut me off and hung up on me! Some customer service.
The reprint was barely any better (still had blue tint on hair & background) than the first, so I certainly wasn't paying more. Michael has refused to refund any of my money for the prints that I could do nothing with but trash. DO NOT USE PRECISION PHOTOS! Michael's extremely unprofessional demeanor and obvious disregard to his customer's needs are unacceptable - He deserves no business whatsoever.
I highly recommend Grand Photo Solutions or Blue Cube Imaging for your printing needs - they are true professionals!!
