After coming home in the evening to a hot house and calling around to a few different companies I was actually able to get through to a live person at Austin Drain and Air Rescue after hours. Being in the middle of a record breaking heat wave I thought there might be a long wait but they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning. Josh, the service technician was extremely polite, professional, and courteous and was able to have my A/C back up & running in about an hour. The rates seemed to be very reasonable & he didn't recommend a lot of things I didn't need. I highly recommend them for you air conditioning emergencies!
