Our plumber was able to fix multiple problems we had in our house, including a garbage disposal, broken tub spout, leaky toilet, and a laundry basin pipe. He was very courteous and efficient. Let's be honest we had a lot problems on many floors of our house. After each job was completed, he would ask us to come and check if the work was to our satisfaction, and he cleaned up after himself. While we had a lot of jobs to be done, we feel it was a little pricey, hence the 4 star rating.
