I brought my 13 year old daughter to get her glasses at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. I went because of the ad on T.V. about "two pairs of glasses for only 69 $!".
We had her eyes checked... oh they were definitely way worse than before...okay. So we picked out two pair that were labeled two for 69.00. We FINALLY were helped. It wasn't QUICK at all. Then it ended up being WAY more, 141.00 actually. They said it would take about ten days. And that they would call me. On day 12, they didn't call, so I called and asked if they were in. Oh yes, they were in. Well, why wasn't I called?
So, back in the store, we waited and waited. Then after calling my daughters name, they HANDED us the glasses, basically. Uh, we had to wait for that? I should have went to Binyon's. Also they didn't accept my insurance so I had to go through the reimbursement process. So I wouldn't go there if I were somebody looking to buy glasses.
