I first started going to Erica almost 8 years ago after I had a really bad experience with another stylist and my hair was a mess. The day I met Erica she sat and listened to what I had envisioned my hair to look like and helped me make a plan on how we would get there. I was so impressed with this because I had never had a stylist do this with me before. 8 years later Erica still sits and listens every time I go to her to see if I am happy with my cut/color and what I want to do going forward. I have never had a bad cut with her and she is passionate about what she does, so you will never leave her salon looking anything but gorgeous. I have so many people compliment me on my hair and before I found Erica I never received compliments on my hair. I can't imagine ever letting anyone else do my hair again.
Not only does Erica's attention to detail, talent, and love for her clients bring me back each time, but so does the Elle staff. They all work as a team so if one stylist is busy and another stylist needs help they jump in to help each other so they don't keep customers waiting. When you enter the salon you feel like a part of their family and that is priceless!
