I totally agree concerning the customer service issue. This particular store stinks as far as customer service goes. I went to the Irving store earlier for a sale item, and they were out. They looked up the item and directed me to the Arlington store. I stood around looking for someone to help me for at least 15 minutes! \r
Totally the contrary at the Irving store. They were on top of me before I could walk into the store. Maybe it's the area of residents that makes the difference...which should not matter. Best Buys you need to take a look at your service!
