WOW!!! That was my first thought when I walked into the lobby to get the estimate done on my Dodge Ram. What a facility...they must be doing something right for a long LONG time to get THAT nice!!\r

Sure enough, from the Receptionist to the Estimator, my initial experience was calming my irritation of getting rear ended. I was able to relax with some coffee and watch TV as they reviewed the damage, coordinated with a Rental car for me and took me in right away!\r

I was told the repair would take approx 7 business days to complete. The second day I received an update phone call to say that the parts were in already and the body techs were working on the bedside. 2 days later I got another update call to say that the painters were in progress. The next day I got yet another update call.... Truck is ready for pick up!! Correct me if I am wrong, but that adds up to 5 days, not 7!!!!\r
