Terrible, horrible, awful ! Very condescending, filed down my daughters teeth after I told them not to, technicians were rough and unkind, today Haltom himself made my daughter's teeth more crooked than when we got there this morning. Had to go back this afternoon. Extremely expensive, drug out the treatment as long as possible, long after her teeth were already straight. We were told she had to wait to get them off till July, then May, then today after they screwed everything up, they said it was ok to get them off next week. No communication.. no explanation of what was going on. He is old and feeble, needs to retire. Obviously does not like women. Very pushy and obsessive over perfection, her teeth were straight we went in to get wire changed and had to go back twice in the same day, once right after the appointment while my daughter is crying because what they did and how rough they were and it hurt so bad, then 3 hours later she comes home from school and says look at my teeth, and they were crooked ! Had to go back again ! And this morning, he filed her teeth after he had been told not to do that a few months ago !! Perfectly straight when we went there for a wire change! NEVER use these people ! ZERO stars for this bozo and his condescending staff !!
