This place has the best BBQ in the city top down! I have been to Blue Smoke, Dinosaur, and Hill Country supposedly the best spots in town but no one does baby back ribs like Dallas Jones. It has that perfect crunch and crisp of the rib but falls off the bone goodness. The BBQ sauce is really just a condiment not needed for the meat. The beef short ribs are heavenly; no one else in the city but this place has the concept of having short ribs instead of the big tough classic beef ribs. Once you take a bite you know how long it’s been tenderized and bbq’ed to perfection. After all bbq should be measured by the quality of the meat and by far this is top notch, did I mention their sides are also fantastic!! I have been going to this place for 6 years and nothing else compares….ABSOULTLY LOVE IT!!
