I shipped a Onkyo receiver to them for repair. When you call to get a RMA number or to tell them your sending something for repair, all you get is a recording telling you to read the directions on the website. So I followed the directions and spent about $50.00 dollars the sent it in. I just checked the USPS tracking number and they refused the delivery and shipped it back.
