They installed my oil filter without the O ring. Several days later oil started spewing everywhere and I had to have the car towed and the oil and filter job redone. $200 repair. When I called to report the problem they just wanted to read the back of the receipt to me. It was all about policy. I told them I had the receipt where they changed the oil and the receipt where it had to be redone and that the mechanic who fixed it told me they left off the O ring. The general manager was agressively rude and said too bad, you get nothing then hung up the phone. I report it to their corporate headquarters and they totally ignored me. BE CAREFUL; THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!
