As many have said before me, their level of service far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are wrapping up an extensive remodel, and I wanted to give Rob and Dennis a pat on the back. We were totally satisfied with every single aspect of the process. They are patient, creative, timely, and very responsive to even the slightest concern or question.
We came to Rob with a basic layout of the kitchen. He came to the property to see it in person, and to ensure all of the measurements were correct. He has a great eye, and was able to offer up some incredible suggestions. I think it's safe to say that you aren't going to get this level of attention and creativity at a big box store.
