I was referred to Aspen by my contractor. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. After I placed my order, I did receive one confirmation call, but after that received no communication.
I received several different dates for installation, and had to place several calls to find out what was going on. I left messages for my project manager, which were not returned. The majority of my communication was with the salesperson, who was quite helpful.
I was given a time window for my installation and was told they would call a half hour before they arrived. I never received a call. Fortunately, someone was at home to meet them
They did do a great job with the install, and I am pleased with the product, but I would probably not recommend them, based on lack of communication.
