The whole office staff including Dr. Frank is rude. All they care about is money. They make you feel like a bad pet owner if you don't come out spending a lot of money. I have been coming there for along time and I'm getting a bad taste I my mouth. He can't keep staff. Its a revolving door. That's not a good sign. Stay away. I've learned my lesson
