I own a 2003 Nissan X-Terra and was at my boyfriends softball game and one of the guys hit a foul ball and it smashed my windshield!!! I was absolutely stunned! Then one of the guys on the team suggested I call his friend Steve @ Altieri Glass the following morning. Steve calmed me down and told me not to worry...I immediately had an appointment for later that day. When I arrived at Altieri Glass, they took my car right in. All the employees were very friendly. I am in customer service and Altieri Glass met and exceeded my expectations. Before I knew it, my vehicle was done. They explained some precautions to take before I drove my SUV back home. And away I went. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the replacement and the kindness of Steve and his staff. I will definately recommend Altieri Glass to all my friends and family. Thank You Steve for a job well done!!!
