My partner and I went to see him a couple times and were ok. We felt neutral and didn't have another place in mind since we were new to town and worked out at the gym downstairs.\r
Some time around the third visit I told my partner he/Aso seemed like he was a rip off even with our insurance.\r
Then the typhoon hit. His dental assistant cracked my filing apart during the cleaning. I felt a sudden pain and said something right away. I had no pain going into the office and suddenly there was a hole in my tooth from the filling coming off..\r
DR. Assho came over to examine it and denied any negligence on her part and said, I don't know, I wasn't there! I was ready to go balistic but instead kept my cool and talked to the front desk lady who is a totally rude and \r
horrible business person to be at the front desk...She is very condecending. I told her I was going out of state in a week and needed him to fix it right away not mentioning price. I explained what happened and she denied responsibility wouldn't fix it or do anything even with me paying. Next she says that my partner was late to an apppointment so they didn't want us as clients anyway. (Redirecting the issue) She was 5 minutes late because parking there is horrible with the gym. The result....I had to wait a week for an appointment with another dentist out of state with extreme pain in my tooth. Lastly, he makes 2 appointments rather than one to bill the insurance double when he could do the work in half the time if he didn't ask so many questions about the kind of work we did etc...\r
He's a seasoned dentist at over billing and unnecessary suggestions for procedures.....This is the kind of guy that messes up the health system. My partner hates them, I despise them. Worst dental experience on record!
